I think I may have stumbled on a revelation.
If indeed there is an afterlife... we would still be a shapeless, feelingless, and thoughtless nothing.
If our spirits will remain after we die, we might not feel, think, remember, or see the same way as we do alive.
The afterlife would be alien as we ourselves after death will also be a part of it.
In essence, in regard to the religious vs. atheism debate... There may well be an afterlife after all, but there would still be nothing there.
Or at least thats how I just imagined it.
New year, hopefully new me
I know I've had a tendency to vent my frustrations, even when they're valid it doesn't really give me the help I'm looking for. I know I'm not regarded for my talents, but I can't rely on the other artists for their approval partly because of that. Easier said than done I'm sure, but if advice like this is what I need to improve and enjoy things again then so be it. I don't know if my dreams will ever come true, but the least I can do now is do what I'm already capable while not letting my goals dictate my self-esteem. It'll still be hard though, emotions are powerful and can be hard to control. I've tried before but I can try again, and keep trying until I actually get better at it. I still hope to earn my reputation and a place in a community, but right now I'll make garbage.

So, dead82 blocked me... I should be upset considering I did like his work-- but honestly good fuking ridence to him then.
